Born in Białystok in 1985. Musician and producer whose diverse creative interests include electroacoustic music, prepared field recording, dub techno, instrumental hip-hop and radio drama dedicated to, inter alia, ethnic minorities.
His sound installations were presented in Poland, Greece, Ireland, USA, Italy and several other countries. He has performed / exhibited his works at music festivals such as: Ambient Park, Elektroklub, Letnie Pranie Mózgu, Tauron Nowa Muzyka, Avant Art, Soundplay, Mikrofestiwal, Nowobrzmienia, Przemiany, Ha!wangarda, Restytucje, Hilltown New Music Festival (Ireland), MSPS (USA), Reworks (Greece), Kernel (Italy).
His music was released by various labels, including: Minicromusic, MonotypeRec, Pointless Geometry, Further Records, Resopal Schallware, Crónica, Astral Spirits / Monofonus Press, Dinzu Artefacts, Farbwechsel, BDTA, Where To Now?, Wounded Knife, Chemical Tapes, U-Cover, Czaszka Records, Entropy, Audile Snow, Ghostmental.
Regularly collaborates with Lech Nienartowicz (Porcje Rosołowe), Michał Wolski (Mech), Łukasz Kacperczyk (Bouchons d'Oreilles), Krzysztof Freeze Ostrowski (Ifs) and Micromelancolié.
In addition, he has improvised / recorded with : Jakub Pokorski, Robert Niziński, Jacek Szczepanek, Filip Kalinowski, Ryszard Latecki, Janek Ufnal, Adam Frankiewicz, Zofia Chabiera, Natan Kryszk, Konrad Gęca, Tomasz Wegner, Łukasz Podgórni, Jacek Mazurkiewicz, Bartek Kalinka, Wojtek Kwapisiński, Wojtek Kurek, Miguel A. Mateusz is also the author of a children's books "Skrytki" (Ładne Halo) and "Las Zabaw" (Czerwony Konik), to which the illustrations were made by Agata Królak.
